New subscriptions to Gradia Pro include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
If you are charged after your free trial ends and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of that charge by contacting ktlselim07@gmail.com. Refunds outside this window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless it falls within the 7-day refund window above.
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
