Gradia Music is a web-based, AI-assisted ear training platform for musicians, offering practice modes including single note, interval, chord, dictation, rhythm, and vocal training.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Gradia Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, billed at $4/month. Billing is processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; if not cancelled before the trial ends, your card will be charged automatically and the subscription will renew monthly until cancelled.
Free trials are limited to one per user. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
All content, design, and underlying technology of Gradia Music are the property of Gradia Music and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gradia Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
